Students do not follow the schedules of traditional high schools; however, students take a regular complement of classes (six classes per semester) and attend school daily. The Flex learning model allows students to develop an increased focus and get support in course completion.
Flex students are expected to take responsibility for their education and establish relevancy in their learning by asking the following questions:
- What am I learning?
- Why am I learning it?
- What are my next steps?
- What support do I need to be successful?
